-
Know your fisherman.
Salmon from Wild Delta Seafoods will always be wild Alaskan salmon hand selected from a net on a one man fishing boat by local Alaskan fisherman, Seth Balint.
-
Traditional Fishing.
Gillnetting salmon is a craft that has been handed down from many generations in the Eyak land area. The same methods used over a century ago by locals are still used today to catch the world’s best wild salmon.
-
Sustainably Harvested.
Salmon fishermen on the Copper River Delta and the Prince William Sound are a small fleet of independent fishermen. These fishermen pride themselves on being a sustainably harvested fishery, treating every salmon with the outmost respect and care.
-
Trust your seafood.
Each salmon is immediately bled and stored in slush iced sea water until delivered to local salmon processing professionals to be filleted, vacuum packed and flash frozen to preserve the world’s finest wild Alaskan salmon.
